Although I’ll let you go home with full tummies and lots of inspiration, you won’t be leaving empty-handed, but with your own selection of spices freshly created for you to cook a world of recipes with.

Fresh from our retreat in Morocco, I have returned with lots of new stories and recipes to share with you. What a special season we have ahead of us. You can also choose a gift card to be used at a later date or as a treat for your family and friends. If you are in Sussex, check out our classes in Brighton, all sold out for 2024, you can book 2025 classes in Brighton now. For those who cannot join us in person, my private virtual classes are fun, immersive, and can be tailored to your needs and preferred recipes or region. I look forward to cooking with you!
