Barely 20 minutes after my last letter about our retreats/cookery holidays, the final place was snapped up and just like that our Morocco 2024 retreat was sold out! And who booked that space? One of our long-standing members, who first attended my cookery class in London, circa 2017. This goes to show the power of building community, and with a shared purpose. What a journey. It is a marathon and certainly not a sprint. Thank you for going the distance with me. I cannot wait to explore Morocco with you!
Cook the book and experience an enchanting & delicious journey of a lifetime
After selling out our October 2024 retreat and with a bulging waiting list, we have a new date for 2024 and 2025 dates available for us to explore the magic of Morocco together. Join me as we explore culinary and cultural treasures from the bustling red walls of the Medina in Marrakech to the vast expanse of the desert, experiencing village life on market day and exquisite craftsmanship in the Atlas mountains, to our coastal escape on the serene coast of Essaouira. We will feast on fresh, seasonal, flavourful food, with me as your guide sharing all my favourite spots and hidden gems. We will cook together and with the best local chefs, learning tips and tricks for the perfectly spiced tagines to the flakiest pastries. A true food lover’s dream holiday, where all you need to do is eat, explore, swim, sleep and do it all over again. A dream of mine that inspired my cookbook Africana, which in turn also inspired our trips.
