Your response to the use of spices in my recipes have been a major highlight and many of you have tried to source the handful of more difficult to find spices. In our new virtual classes, you will enjoy more use of spice, more guidance with sourcing spices, alternatives and using spices for limitless joy. We will not only dive into recipes from the book, exploring the many variations and as the seasons change, but you will also enjoy sneak peeks of new recipes I am working on for publications…magazines, tv, books!
