What we’ll be cooking?

SPICE MASTERCLASS MENU

  • Iced Kenyan Masala Chai 

  • Bejewelled Aromatic Fried Rice (using chicken, prawns and or leftover vegetables too)

  • Malva Pudding with, Poached Spiced Apricot or peaches & Ice Cream

    (Vegans & vegetarians are welcome)  

PLANT-BASED MASTERCLASS MENU

  • Golden Chermoula

  • Ras El Hanout Rainbow Roast (adapted with vegetables locally available to you, including spice blend)

  • Baghrir ~ Honeycomb Pancakes with Orange Blossom & Honey Syrup (why not enjoy pancakes for dinner?


HOW TO JOIN OUR MASTERCLASS?

  • If you are an annual Cook with Lerato paid club member, you can can book up to 2 classes for free as part of your members' treats with 25% off subsequent classes, while monthly members receive 25% off classes. Classes are £45 for non paid subscribers.

  • The ingredients list will be provided in advance including page numbers of the recipes for those who have their copy of Africana cookbook.
