It’s my birthday!
Well…it was my birthday on 30th June, however I love to celebrate throughout the month of June and in the first week of July, sometimes longer. And why not? One thing I am guilty of is my penchant for enjoying a great time, and what a time I am having travelling across Morocco. I love life and try to live it to the fullest. What better time to appreciate and celebrate one’s life than on one’s birthday. Do you celebrate yourself?
Lovely birthday greetings and messages have been pouring in from family, friends and our wonderful community and I could not be happier. Thank you, my dear friends. You lift me up every day, and I feel blessed to have such a wonderful community.

Travelling solo across Morocco
Writing to you from the enchanting city of Fez, Morocco, with a heart full of joy, slightly bronzed skin and a tummy full of tagines, from sizzling eggs in Marrakech, to monkfish with preserved lemons and a rainbow of vegetables in Essaouira and pastilla in Fes. I am having the time of my life travelling solo across Maroc and I will share it all with you through our newsletter and on my social pages!

I adore Morocco and try to enjoy unique experiences on each visit. On this occasion, I am here to enjoy my old jaunts, discover new favourites and to put the final touches to our upcoming cookery retreats, one in October 2024 (now sold out) and in November 2024 (booking open now).
Travel with me to our new & one of a kind retreat
During my stay in Essaouira, I discovered an exceptional villa situated within two acres of lush gardens. In addition to our exclusive team, we have access to numerous restaurants, a hammam, and spa, as well as multiple pools beyond our own pool, numerous nooks to enjoy privacy and a multitude of other amenities. I felt a little guilty enjoying all of these by myself, however knowing that 10 guests will be joining me soon made it all the more exciting to look forward to. I cannot wait to share this experience with guests at our cookery holiday/retreat.
