I am so happy to finally share the cover of Africana with you. Isn’t she a beauty? (Just in case you missed the first announcement and my little dance about it)

Africana is my love letter to Africa, with treasured recipes and stories from across the continent. I wrote this book not only to preserve age-old recipes and to share modern recipes for cooks the world over but to celebrate the rich diversity of African cooking, its relevance in global cuisine and how it continues to stand the test of time. As you travel with me, one dish at a time, I hope Africana enthrals you with passion, wanderlust, and excitement to explore African cooking in everything from everyday meals to festive feasts. I hope our stories bring you laughter and the recipes inspire memorable feasts at your table.

Africana is now available to pre-order in the UK in “all shops books are sold!” I've always wanted to say that! Here’s another bit of secret news, US and international release dates are imminent! But if you are abroad and will like a UK copy, please send me an email to arrange it. Just being able to share this book with you is one of the greatest achievements of my life.
